Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts in the elastics industry. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the elastics market.
Build, maintain, and expand a strong client base, with a focus on textile manufacturers and garment makers.
Lead a team of sales executives, providing training, motivation, and performance management.
Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and strengthen its market position.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the company’s product offerings meet market demands.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key buyers in the textile industry.
Act as the primary liaison for major clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Address client inquiries, negotiate contracts, and resolve complaints effectively.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to client specifications.
Partner with the finance department to manage budgets, pricing, and payment collections.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, detailing performance metrics and actionable insights.
Monitor KPIs for the sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
5-8 years in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of success in the elastics, textile, or related industries.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the elastics and textile industries, including buyer networks and market dynamics.
Familiarity with trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
