Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts with expertise in financial analysis, tax assessments, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA with extensive experience in managing diverse financial functions and providing strategic insights for business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Product Wise Profitability: Analyze product-wise profitability, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance profitability.

• Customer Wise Profitability: Monitor and assess customer-wise profitability for improved decision-making.

• Sales & Order Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of customer-wise sales and sales orders.

• Variance Analysis: Review financial variances and suggest corrective actions.

• Voucher & Payment Authorizations: Oversee voucher and payment authorization processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Overall Control of Accounts Department: Lead the accounts department, ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Consolidation of Balance Sheet: Prepare consolidated balance sheets for accurate financial reporting.

• Income Tax Returns: Handle income tax return working of PGL along with family members and assessment of tax returns.

• GST Assessment: Analyze and respond to notices received from the department regarding GST.

• Timely Statutory Payments: Ensure all statutory payments, including advance tax payments, are made on time.

• Directors' Personal Portfolio: Manage and monitor the directors' personal financial portfolios.

• Gratuity Trust Accounts: Oversee the management of Gratuity Trust accounts.

• Annual ASI Working: Handle the annual ASI working process for accurate financial reporting.

• Monthly Stock & Depreciation Audit: Conduct monthly stock audits and depreciation working.

• Board Meetings & AGM Work: Manage tasks related to board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGM).

• Quarterly 26AS Reconciliation: Perform quarterly reconciliation of Form 26AS.

• TDS Payments & Returns: Oversee TDS payments and returns for PGL, Onspot, PI, and other entities.

• Balance Sheet Preparation: Prepare balance sheets for Onspot, PI, and other family members.

• Assistance to Company Secretary: Support Company Secretary in various corporate governance activities.

• Miscellaneous Management Tasks: Handle any other finance-related tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter CA.

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar finance and accounts role, with hands-on experience in financial analysis, tax, and statutory compliance.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Expertise in GST, income tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance matters.

• Proficient in financial reporting, balance sheet consolidation, and tax return preparation.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and leadership abilities.
