Covering

Here we apply a yarn coating to a flexible inner. Our most common coverings are for rubber or spandex with polyester or nylon.

Commonly used rubber gauges are 52#, 48#, 44# and 38#. Those for Spandex include 280 denier, 420, 560, 840 and 1120.

Warping

The operation of warping wraps the length ways fabric (the warp) around beams to be used in the following production stage of weaving.

Weaving

These machines weave the warp (length ways) and weft (width ways) creating a length of fabric.

Finishing

To finish the product we utilise a number of processes to get the feel that is desired by consumers. We can amend our processes to ensure the customer gets the appropriate feel of product every time, despite differing materials used in the manufacturing process.
